SF-18 (SF-FR) bronze mesh self-lubricating bearing without lead uses bronze silk screen as base,
by means of special agglomeration technology, rolled by PTFE at the surface and other mixture
of fillling antifriction materials, characterized by relatively low friction factor and weil wear proof
performance. Owing to its good pliability, it may do segregation film polished between steels
which will realize the ideal objective of gapless, noiseless, oil free lubrication, free of maintenance
and free of contamination. At present, the product has been widely used in spinning and
weaving machine, joint bearing, automobile door hinge and so on. It may supply the products:
upright liner, turn-up shaft sleeve, plate, shaft tile, slide and steel liner combination.
